Electric Drives and Regulation of Working Machines and Technological Processes

Projects and SW for control systems of single-engine and multi-engine working machines and technological lines are elaborated in this department. We supply electrical devices not only for new machines and technologies, but also for elderly, mechanically reconstructed and modernized ones. In many cases there is made only modernization of existing electric drives, of their feeders and of necessary further outfit for holdback of their existing function.

In recent times we provide for our customers data collection from technological lines during tire production. These date are further used for basic statistics elaboration to evaluate the quality of the production.

The projects are elaborated in CAE - system EPLAN and in the design system AutoCAD.

The firm belongs among the solution partner of SIEMENS and uses for completations of electrical devices mostly its products such as DC and AC converters, control systems SIMATIC S7, SIMODRIVE 611 and control system SINUMERIK 840D and 820D for machine tools, operating panels series OP and TP, vizualization system SIMATIC WinCC and other products. DC and AC converters of the firm CONTROL TECHNIQUES, in case of need from other manufacturer, are applied according to customers’ requirements.

For switchboard mounting and for deliveries completation are used apparatus and materials from the world-competent manufacturers TELEMECANIQUE, SCHRACK, RITTAL and others, selection of them is adapted to customers’ requirements.

Cabeling delivery components are besides cables, their mounting, cable conduit installation, making of various benches and delivery and connection of sensors and feelers, metal detectors and other apparatus necessary for the function assuring of technological device.
