Switchboards

1. Switchboards with the relay control

We produce these switchboards for service purposes and simple reconstructions.

  • The lift-switchboard 3VANxxN01 
    with simple external control intended for dining lifts
  • The lift-switchboard 3VBNxxN0x 
    with simple control with self-service for landing switches with usage for chain freight lifts
  • The lift-switchboard 3VEN001
    used for PATERNOSTER
  • The lift-switchboard 3VCNxxN0x
    with simple control with cab operator, controlled by landing switches. These switchboards are produced for wide range of goods lifts with one-speed motor gear.
  • The lift-switchboard 3VCNxxNAx
    is the same as the previous one but it is intended for two-speed motor gear

 

2. Switchboards with the microprocessor control

The projects of the switchboards are elaborated according to the technical input of the customer, see the form: QUESTIONAIRE

  • The life-switchboard 3HDN 
    with microprocessor control determined for completion with hydraulic lifts.

 

  • The lift-switchboard 3HDNxxS 
    with microprocessor control and softstart which is intended for reduction of starting motor current.  Used fr completion with hydraulic lifts.
  • The life-switchboards 4VDN 
    with microprocessor control intended for completion with one – speed motor gears and two – speed motor gears. Whichever door can be used and maximum number of floors is 24.

 

  • The lift-switchboards 4VDNxxF
    with microprocessor control and frequency inverter for speed regulation intended for completion with one and two – speed motor gears for 24 floors with speed up to 4m/s. The type of inverter and encoder in case of closed loop we will specify according to concrete type of the lift.

Advantages of frequency inverters usage:

  • High comfort during ride
  • Electricity savings (about 30%)
  • Lower wear and tear of mechanical parts of the lift 

 

  • Lift-switchboards for roomless lifts 
    (single-compartment) – are switchboards as in previous cases but constructional version is in accordance with customers requests
  • special dimensions of cabinets
  • special surface treatment of the switchboard
  • the switchboard is fitted with circuits of the main switch 

 

  • The lift-switchboards 4VDNxxD/A - 
    with microprocessor control and DC variable speed inverter intended for completion with DC motors. Especially reconstructions of express lifts RV10, RV20, RV30 and lifts with DC inverters Formic. .
  • The lift-switchboards 4 SR 109 -
    with microprocessor control intended for reconstructions of freight lifts.

3. Adapters

Adapters are determined for reconstructions of old relay lift switchboards. Offered microprocessor control will fully replace and in many cases overtake the original relay control.

  • Adapters DR 10 - for one-speed lifts VRN 3, VKR 40, VCN 3.9
  • Adapters DA 01 - for two-speed lifts SP 40
  • Adapters DA 03 - for two-speed lifts RND 

 

Adapters can be connected to duplex operation or to the mode where parallel arrival to the same station is disabled.

4. Main switch boxes

They are intended for electrical connection of the lift in machine room. Boxes includes three of four pole lockable main switch, motor circuit breaker, 230V outlet, machine room lighting circuit breaker, transformer lighting circuit breaker, shaft lighting circuit breaker, shaft and machine room lighting switch.
