Line for profile welding

The line for profile welding is designed for the assembly and welding of long profiles. It carries out provided necessary operations, including welding with interrupted welds to closed cross section and welds of complete profile in automatic mode with required welding process check ups, with which the required product is made.

The line for profile welding is made of two joined workplaces. At the entry line, which is known as the stitching line, the dimension profile assembly is carried out from profile cylindrical material and welding with interrupted welds (stitches) is done, which ensures the coherence of the required beam shape. The outlet line, which is known as the welding line, operates with a prepared half-finished beam.. Long strength welds are made along the beam on the welding line, which give the beam the required strength and rigor.
