LMF – Filter assembly line

The line for assembling filters is designed for the production of car filters of various dimensions and types (technologies), i.e. “metal-free” – without metal or filters with metal lids. The line for filter assembling consists of independent units – machines connected by means of belt conveyors.

The input components are filtration paper, lids, cores, klebefoil cuttings After manual assembly, the assembled filter is transported to the heat assembly input where it is treated as per the procedure specification at defined temperatures. After transferring it into the cooling section, the filter is transported on the output conveyor and it is either transported into a furnace for further heat processing or the technological parameters are inspected (height, title ring occurrence), and optionally the filters can be equipped with printing.
