Looping automate SA – 1, 2

The looping automate is designed for winding the input wire of the electrical detonator into the loops at lengths 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m. With additional devices it can extend to 4 m, 5 m, 6 m. The automate processes wires made from Fe and Cu. The machine performance is u1.5 m – 1.8 s, u 4 m - 4, s. The machine performs the insulation pulling on the wire ends. The machine can be complemented with a labelling device for attaching the plastic labels.
