MOK – Copper pins assembly

The device is designed for assembling copper pins by pressing into a plastic part, their resulting bending into U shape and inspecting mutual dimensions. The operators insert the plastic parts manually and accurately into the hopper and add pins into the vibrating hopper, the device automatically takes, presses, bends, inspects, and selects the OK and NOK pieces. OK pieces are transferred on the conveyor where they are manually removed by the operators. NOK pieces fall in the faulty pieces box.
