Construction – development

Single-purpose machines department focuses mostly on the construction and production of single-purpose devices. The whole development focuses on customer requirements using the standards of modern European companies, owing to which we were able to acquire ISO 9001 certification. Our construction - development and production capacities enable us to resolve technical problems within the mechanization and automation specialization – including assembly and production lines. We provide the customer with comprehensive services, i.e. from processing the offer, to construction, production and delivery required location, training the operators, and respective servicing.

Our constructional department employs many experienced and qualified construction engineers which enables flexible response to specific customer requirements. Methods and procedures of the machine development stage are implemented as per the internal directives as per ISO 9001 which guarantees high productivity and specialist project maturity. We apply modern 3D CAD software SOLID EDGE supplied by AXIOMTECH which is a significant help during the project design and implementation. It enables rapid and well-arranged project processing which minimizes the risk of failures and collisions. The examples of processed projects are available in the “product” section.
