Looping automates
The looping automate is designed for winding the electrical detonator supply wires into loops at lengths of 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m. These machines have undergone a long lasting development and are produced in several versions. We still provide these machines – see Products - single-purpose machines – Assembling machines
TPX 10 – Twelve position double rammer forming automate
Designed to
This forming automate is designed for the production of concave extracts by means of reverse forming and subsequent drawing; particularly from Al or Cu wire.
Movements of both rammers is provided by a knee-lever mechanism, which provides a significant decrease in contact speed which positively influences the pressing procedure and machine service life. The accuracy of the extract always depends on the performance of the first operation. Due to this reason, attention is paid to the pressing rammer which is accurately placed by means of a roll guide. The retractable system is divided into 4 sections. It is resolved by means of cam system with bilateral enforced movement. All sections have the option of a large range in reconstructing the length of the stroke, while the constant front position remains unchanged. The retractors’ movement is resolved in such a way that the retractable stroke is equidistant to the reverse movement of the rammers. The aforementioned guarantees that the broachers leave the extract core after their reliable attachment to the transferor pliers. The transferor rectilinear motion is deducted from the cam system with enforced movement in both directions. The wire supply is resolved by means of shaped regulating wheels and the trochlear levelling device. The length of the supplied wire is regulated. The machine is equipped with an accurate cutting system with additional axial power, which provides the cutting of the material with perpendicular face without snags and with max accuracy of 0.05 mm. All cam systems can be re-assembled as required. The machine is also equipped with a control system which guarantees the correct function of the key technological process loops and enables multi-machine operation.
