Conveyors

LISI – conveyor

The belt conveyor with side distribution for the anchoring bolt transport from the vibration feeder into the lathe. The end of the conveyor is equipped with a separation mechanism with two slides.

LMF – conveyors

Main belt conveyor for the assembling line for the filter production, its length is 8 m and width 0.6 m. This conveyor enables manual completion of the filters, which are transported for further processing.

The reverse conveyors with 12 m length and 0.12 m width transport the items for the filter production back to the line beginning.

Stopper conveyors for the transport of components necessary for the filter production.

SOE – conveyors

Chain conveyor with the transport system for the prism components, which enables the insertion of parts of various diameters. It is possible to mutually adjust the height of the left and right segments.

VRF – conveyors

The input lamellar conveyor is used for the manual insertion of materials into the machine to enable their automatic transfer on the chain conveyor.

The chain conveyor is used for material transfer by the machine; during this period the machining, inspection, and selection of the material occurs and it is placed on the belt conveyor or the faulty product box.
