PKI – Armature compiler – handler for the CNC lathe

The machine is designed for compiling the anchor into the CNC lathe beam tie and subsequent machining and the transfer into other machines in the technological line for the anchor production.

The anchor material hopper is attached in front of the CNC lathe. In the required stroke of the CNC lathe, the anchors are removed from the hopper and inserted in the lathe beam tie, and consequently the completed piece is removed from the beam tie and transported into another machine placed behind the lathe.
