SOE – Single purpose device for removing the burrs of the Exzenterwelle part

The machine is designed for brushing the cylinder diameters, eccentric diameters, and recesses in individual diameters of “exzenterwelle” (injection pump shaft). The machine removes parts from the hopper which is filled by the operators. The shifting linear servo unit takes the component’s material and brushes the diameter and the holes. After brushing, the piece is completed and placed on the output conveyor belt.

The machine is designed for brushing the shaping tube after milling. This shaping tube is a safety part for the car chassis.
