Automatic composition mixture

The device is designed to produce pyrotechnical compositions of the powder metal fuel type / oxidant/ binder in a so-called wet way (the pyrotechnical composition is not present in dry state and the composition components are mixed only in solvents). The production process entails gradual composition of the component in the solution binder in a suitable solvent. In the following step a precipitator of binder is added under turbulent mixing which causes condensation of binder from solvent and enables formation of requested granules of pyrotechnical component. This entire process occurs in the absence of an operator which guarantees a high safety of the explosives production.
