SPS monitoring station

A device – the monitoring station of the machine for electrode welding of sparking plugs is designed for a contact-free monitoring of dimensions and the further dividing into groups. The device monitors the shape and position of the electrode welded to the spark plug case in two axes. This device makes one working place of the automatic assembly machine for SPS electrode welding.
