Testing Technology

In the branch of the testing technology we proceed on our long-term experience in design and manufacturing of electric dynamometers and electric drives. For control and regulation of the testing equipment we use the most up-to-date control and high-power electronics of Siemens.

We have developed measuring and control systems with vizualization, archiving, and recording of the tests. We offer a complete production line of direct-current electric dynamometers based on direct-current motors of Czech and foreign manufacturers that is suitable namely for the testing of internal combustion engines and for the test stands of axle drives and gear boxes. For demanding testing projects we offer a line of asynchronous dynamometers derived of asynchronous machines of European manufacturers. Together with the named lines of dynamometers we offer measuring and control systems which has been developed especially for the testing stands of internal combustion engines, all-purpose testing stands, and roller test stands. These systems enable automatic control of the tests and automatic processing of the measured data. Due to their universality they may be used in other applications, as well. The supplies of the testing technology may be realized as a complex, including measuring, power, and mechanical parts of the equipment.

The projects are elaborated in the CAE system EPLAN and in the Solid Edge design system. During the realization of the test stands and setting the basic demands on the construction projects we provide technical assistance.

We design, manufacture and deliver:

  • Test stands with direct-current electric dynamometers with reaction or direct measurement of the torque with the help of torque measuring flanges
  • Test stands with asynchronous electric dynamometers with the direct measurement of the torque with the help of torque measuring flanges
  • Test stands for gear boxes and axle drives with electric dynamometers
  • Roller automobile testing stands with electric or eddy-current dynamometers
  • Roller run-in stands for automobiles and tractors according to customer demand
  • Special equipment according to customer demands including measuring and control systems and data processing
  • Measuring and control systems with vizualization including special devices integrated
  • The testing stands are supplied together with sensors and converters of physical quantities
  • Modernization of the test stands with older electric dynamometers, e.g. with direct-current dynamometers of series DS or 1DS
  • Measuring and control cabelling
  • Putting into service of the equipment
