MOUNTABLE AUDIT TEST BOX OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION AND DIESEL ENGINES

Application:

The mountable test box is destined for audit and long-term tests of internal combustion and Diesel engines. The measuring equipment with an asynchronous dynamometer represents an up-to-date concept in testing and uses Application the newest hi-tech technology. Its perfect automatic air-conditioning and ventilating system ensures the testing conditions according to the ISO 1585 Standard.

This compact modular unit has the following features:
  • easy mountable design (enables easy erection within hardly accessible spaces)
  • enables applications with lack of cooling water (closed cooling system)
  • own demineralization system
  • air conditioning with own production of humidity
  • fuel supply with two spare fuel tanks (petrol, diesel)
  • own source of compressed air
  • CO2 extinguishing system, detection of gas leakage, exhaust system of combustion gases
  • for erection on the existing floor, no need to be erected into an assembly pit

Description:

Measurement and testing of engines is ensured in an acoustically shielded box with a dynamometer placed on a base plate. Together with a double technology floor it forms a base of the test space. The necessary service and maintenance technology equipments are chosen in such a way that the useful space is not decreased and the maximum accessibility of service places is ensured. In dependence on frequency and cycle of the tested engines it is possible to choose more kinds of charging and attachments to the test bed. The diagnostic and measuring equipment has its output into a PC. The test box uses diagnostic system of reputable first-class world-known companies with a good service back-up.

The permanent presence of service staff during the testing process is facilitated with a stay in a comfortable office. Here the evaluating, checking and supervision of audit tests take place.

Generally:

Mobile test stands are of great importance in the present globalized world. Opposite to a stationary way of erection, their advantage is in absolute variability and mobility. The choice of a dynamometer is adapted to the local specific demands. Water cooled brakes change the service technology partially but the standardized concept of module erection is maintained similar. The principle of variable modules enables two ways of assembly into the existing production lines..

Easy mountable modules:

Enable clean construction into difficult accessible spaces inside the production lines. With the help of light assembly equipment this special technology units can be erected or dismantled on the demanded place of destination.

Container modules:

Shorten the time of erection and assembly and decrease the space and transport demands. They are suitable for outside or new constructions where the access of heavy manipulation and transport means is easier.

It is possible to install them in inside production halls but under higher cots und with regard to the existing load bearing capacity of industrial hall floors.

With regard to specific demands both the principles can be combined as a module design.
