Test bed of gearboxes:
- With actual driving torque up to 250nm
- With input speed range 0 - 5000 min -1
- At loading torque on each half-shaft up to 1820 nm
For the method of gearbox service life tests was in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. realized the test stand of gearbox consisting of two DC drives, which simulate loads of output gearbox shafts and of the drive simulating the driving or braking effect of the engine on the input shaft of gearbox.
The control SW for operation of the test stand, for test control, measurement and for measured values processing contains:
- program outfit for reading and processing of automatic tests value sequences
- program outfit for processing and configuration of gearbox service life test
- program outfit for operation of the test stand and its particular drives according to the selected test program

Description:
The test bed for testing of gearboxes PRAGA 2M70, 2M90 consists of an electric dynamometer, tested gearbox, arresting brake and controller lever „kickdown“, which are located commonly on the base frame, cardan shafts covers, brake, oil vat and gearbox oil cooling circuit. The test stand contains furthermore the feeder of dynamometer, the visualizating and controlling PC located on the operator’s post and the operating panel OP of the manual control of the test stand.
CMSW Control system on the base of an industrial PC processes a collection of measured values, enables the test bed configuration, guard of limit values and in an automatic mode enables the test programming and control. A protocol is elaborated and printed out from processed tests and adjustments.
